Back to basics

I have decided to concentrate on the basics for a week or two in my own practise. I found this excellent practise by Jim Bennitt that I really enjoyed. For those of you who come to my classes, you’ll be seeing the revolved¬†triangle quite soon. (Parivrtta Trikonasana). A great idea to practise it.
